A steam boiler is a closed tank in which water vapor is produced for use outside by the heat caused by fuel combustion. Inside the boiler, there are two parts, the fire side and the water side. The heat level of the boiler refers to the sum of all levels on the fire side of the boiler. All internal and pressure parts of a boiler are made of iron alloys. Steam boilers are divided into two types, cast iron and steel. Cast iron boiler is made to produce low pressure steam. Most of the steam boilers are of steel type. | Hot water double-flue Boiler | water heater

Description

A steam boiler is a closed tank in which water vapor is produced for use outside by the heat caused by fuel combustion. Inside the boiler, there are two parts, the fire side and the water side. The heat level of the boiler refers to the sum of all levels on the fire side of the boiler. All internal and pressure parts of a boiler are made of iron alloys. Steam boilers are divided into two types, cast iron and steel. Cast iron boiler is made to produce low pressure steam. Most of the steam boilers are of steel type.

Classification of boilers:

Boilers are divided into several categories according to the number of paths that combustion gases take to enter the chimney.

One-pass: The first generation of coal-fired steam locomotive boilers were of this type, in which the combustion gases travel through the boiler once and then enter the chimney. These types of boilers are no longer manufactured. Two passes: (to produce hot water) the combustion gases pass through the boiler twice and then enter the chimney. Return furnace: the gases from combustion pass through the furnace twice, and sepsis is transferred to the pipes and moves to the chimney.

The efficiency of return furnace boilers is higher than double pass boilers. Three passes: (to produce hot water and steam) the combustion gases pass through the boiler three times and then enter the chimney. Four pass: 4 pass boilers are produced only to produce steam in high tonnage. Combustion gases pass through the boiler four times and then enter the chimney.

Application:

Boiler has different uses. Providing heating required by various industries, including food production, greenhouses, chicken farms, mushroom breeding halls, etc., is one of the main uses of boilers. Another case is the use as a cleaner and disinfectant, which can be mentioned mostly in hospitals, hotels and restaurants, large and small stores, city roads and industries such as paper making and plastic production. Also, steam is widely used for degreasing in industrial parts and machinery factories. In many large industries, in addition to heating, steam motive power is used to provide generating energy and electricity. Refineries are among these things. | Hot water double-flue Boiler | water heater
